Fluorescent lights, vibrant colors, and lots of music marked a different kind of afternoon at the Tavira Humanitarian Center's Shelter Home.
With glow accessories, fluorescent paint, and a colorful atmosphere, children and young people got into the party spirit and transformed the house into a real dance floor.
